iunctura means “connection”.
I bring skills and expertise in Safety Culture, Mental Health and Wellbeing, and Inclusion and Allyship. These may appear to be stand alone but are very much connected. While we can work on any of them individually, I believe that connecting them will save you time and money while improving productivity.
Engagement Events
Are you interested in holding facilitated workshops, conferences, or events?
Talking to your staff about topics such as Safety, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Inclusion and Allyship is a really good starting point for any change.
Many of these conversations are complex and sensitive, and not always easy to hold, but are hugely valuable to your staff.
Book me for coaching, facilitation, speaking and leading.
Discovery Programme
Would you like independent analysis of your safety systems, wellbeing or inclusion programmes?
Do you know how effective your Safety Culture is? How good are your Safety Systems? Is the Mental Health of your team positive or negative? How effective is your inclusion programme, particularly around topics such as Masculinity and Allyship?
I offer short-term deep analysis based on data you hold, the views of your staff from Board / C-Suite to workforce, and my assessment based on feel and form of your systems, culture and leadership.
This is an on-site assessment of your company over a defined period of time.
Flagship Programme
My flagship programme is a long-term partnership with you.
Starting with the discovery phase and analysis, we can put a plan in place to address any shortfalls, opportunities and changes you may wish to make.
Using my expertise as a leader and coach, sensitive to the strategy and change programmes in your company already, and using various tools and techniques, we can design the right approach that works best for you.
Cultural change takes a while, so the delivery is built around routine coaching and engagement, rather than full time on-site contracting.
Safety Systems and Culture

Have you ever wondered how, despite companies having safety certification and systems in place, aircraft can crash, buildings collapse, boats sink, trains derail? Or how people get injured, some sadly lose their lives?
Conferences and Events: I speak on a range of topics to help highlight issues, complement your own narratives, or educate your teams. With a focus on Safety Culture, I can include Leadership, Accountability and Responsibility, Safety in Design, Operations, Equipment Safety, Human Behaviour, Risk Management, Learning from Mistakes, and case studies around accidents across multiple sectors.
Discovery Programme: Working in partnership, we can review all or some of your Safety Culture, Safety Systems, Compliance, Assurance, Quality and Leadership. The report will highlight the feel and form of your Safety Culture and Systems, and make recommendations for you to make sure this doesn’t happen to you.
Flagship Programme: Cultural change is hard, takes time and expertise, and needs to be aligned to your existing change programmes and strategy. Looking at leadership, behaviours and attitudes, we can focus on systems, compliance, assurance, Human Factors impacts, and/or risk management. With the right guidance, coaching and interventions, this is uniquely designed for you to deliver what you need at a pace and cost point suitable to your organisation.
Seeing the bigger picture – “Connections”: To maximise the benefits of improving your Safety Culture and get the best ROI for this programme, I will deliver a programme that brings your Health and Safety system together with your Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme. Tackling these will also improve your allyship and inclusion.
Mental Health and Wellbeing

It is estimated that 16.4 million days are lost in UK companies per year for ill health (stress, anxiety and depression). Suicide is the largest killer of men under 50 in the UK, with men 3x more likely than women to self-harm. The impact to every company is significant and we shouldn’t rely on others to pick up the pieces.
Conferences and Events: I speak on a number of topics around mental health and wellbeing, addressing personal responsibilities and team leadership, bringing in data and insights to help your teams look after each other, see the benefits of improving mental health, and some strategies that may be useful.
Discovery Programme: Working in partnership, we can review the health of your teams and organisations using data and insights, and by holding confidential conversations across your organisation. I can include assessments of the effectiveness of your wellbeing programmes and MHFA teams if you have them. Reporting on the feel and form, I will pick out where there is room for improvement as well as celebrate the successes of your existing programmes.
Flagship Programme: Building on my success with leading wellbeing programmes, and the analysis of the discovery phase, we can build a tailored Mental Health and Wellbeing programme that suits the needs of your company. We can address individual, team and leadership elements of wellbeing. We can tackle difficult topics around suicide, anxiety and stress, loneliness, connections. Inevitably, we will talk about necessary topics of neurodiversity, sexuality, gender and masculinity. We can look at MHFA, safeguarding, reporting, and risk management. Whatever you wish to include and exclude, we can tailor a package to suit your needs.
Seeing the bigger picture – “Connections”: To maximise the benefits of improving your Mental Health and Wellbeing, and get the best ROI for this programme, I will deliver a programme that brings your Health and Safety system together with your Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme. Tackling these will also improve your allyship and inclusion.
Masculinity, Allyship and Inclusion

Huge effort has been expended by companies and organisations around diversity and inclusion, investing in networks, conferences and publicity. However, data shows that engagement with DEI is dropping, individuals are more disconnected and disillusioned, anti-woke sentiment is rising, and masculinity is increasingly seen as a problem. It’s time to do things slightly differently.
Conferences and Events: I speak on topics including masculinity, men’s health, role modelling good behaviours, being a good ally, and improving inclusion. While these topics are relevant to all groups, there is also a need to talk to men directly in a safe space.
Discovery Programme: Using conversations with a range of staff, and analysing the relevant data, I can assess the feeling and sentiment through your organisation. The output will be a report talking about the state of inclusion and allyship in your organisation. It will report on subjects such as masculine cultures, toxic behaviours, effectiveness of ERGs.
Flagship Programme: Following the discovery phase, we can design an engagement programme around coaching, leadership, engagement and having conversations around difficult and sensitive topics. Focusing on men in particular, we can address masculinity, inclusive behaviours, good leadership, and how to be better allies. This will then improve support for under-represented groups, and help improve your company’s inclusive culture.
Seeing the bigger picture – “Connections”: To maximise the benefits of improving your Allyship and Inclusive Culture, and get the best ROI for this programme, I will deliver a programme that brings your Health and Safety system together with your Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme. Tackling these will improve your allyship and inclusion.
